Water
Drink water: I have always heard that 8 glasses or more of water per day are recommended. Well, I can attest to the fact that the water should be required not just recommended. I ran across a book entitled, "YOU'RE NOT SICK, YOU'RE JUST THIRSTY!" I took the book to heart and corrected a chronic cough, night-time leg cramps and bursitis in my right shoulder.
Drink your water. You need two glasses of water just to wake up. Your body loses that much water during the night. Do not confuse water with any other type of liquid. Water isn't coffee, beer, wine or juice. Don't expect your thirst mechanism to help you very much. By the time you can tell you're thirsty, its too late. Also, going to the bathroom every hour or so, is a good thing! The book said to drink two glasses of water to help during an asthma attack.
Since I have read the book, a later version has come out entitled, "YOUR BODY'S MANY CRIES FOR WATER." For more information you can go to watercure.com. Get one of the books, read it, try it and then pass it on. The author is an MD. He says, "It can't hurt you and water is inexpensive."
There is another book about water that I like: "The Hidden Messages in Water." The author is named Masaru Emoto, a Japanese man. He takes samples of water from various sources world-wide and freezes them to form snowflake-like patterns. The book has many pictures of beautiful hexagonal shapes. His approach is spiritual.
