Use sea salt: I realize that your doctor has probably told you to cut down on salt. Mine has. The doctor's recommendation might be a good one when you don't drink enough water. However, when you drink the recommended amount of water, you need to supplement your body with salt. Use a quarter teaspoon of sea salt three or four times each day. Sea salt contains important trace minerals that will benefit you.

You can learn when to take sea salt. It will help fluidize your nasal passages. It will remove the tickling frog from your throat. It will make drinking your water more comfortable. Your coughing will stop. It will control the need to immediately go to the bathroom after every drink.
